Google phone available in Europe

The Google phone – LG’s KU-580 handset, which incorporates Google Search, Google Mail and Google Maps – is now available in Italy and France, and should be coming to other European countries soon.

The KU-580 resembles LG’s Chocolate phone with its red-on-black colour scheme. It has a generous 2in widescreen LCD on which to view the Google services which can be accessed via a fast 3G connection.

Other features include an FM radio and MP3 player, Bluetooth stereo and 3D sound enhancement, a song-writing application, two-megapixel camera on the back and a smaller camera on the front for video calls.
