Pace Make £6.1 million Profit

UK set top box manufacturer announces a huge £6.1 million profit for the year ending June 07. This is really remarkable considering that this time last the year, the figures were entirely different, as the company posted a massive £15.6 loss.

While revenues were £386.5 million, compared to a the sorry figure of only £178.1 million last year, with nearly four million (3.9) set top boxes being sold, compared with only 2.2 million on the previous year. With even the prices being in their favour, the average price being £100, whereas last year the figure was around £81.

It was in the USA that Pace see a good rise in sales, the figure almost rose around six times to 1.2 million units, which is hue compared to the 200,000 on the previous year. In fact there was an all round increase in sales and volume, this has helped the figures for the just ended.
