Vuze HD Internet portal reaches 7 million users
by Janet Harris

Vuze, a high-definition video portal, has recorded seven million users in its first six months of operation.
Vuze, a spinoff of P2P leader Azureus, is the world’s largest high-definition Internet video portal with millions of HD videos downloaded every month.
The rate of downloads is soaring – the number of downloads doubled in July compared with the previous month.
Along with its user figures, Vuze also announced the availability of the first two complete series of The Office for download and high-definition streaming.
Vuze is the first company to be given such rights in the United States. Vuze will offer the first episode free of charge.
Content owners can publish their videos, music and games on Vuze free of charge. They can also finance their content advertising, rental or electronic sell.
