Inuk and Accedo partner for Freewire games service

Inuk Networks has entered into a partnership with Swedish company Accedo Broadband, to launch a package of games and interactive services on Inuk’s Freewire IPTV platform.

The new service will be built on Accedo’s ‘Funspot’ games platform.

A number of games will initially be offered free of charge in the next month or so, with additional premium interactive content added later.

Accedo will manage the games while Inuk will provide customer billing and integration of the games into the Freewire platform.

The introduction of a games platform on Freewire will provide Inuk with a core differentiator for its IPTV service.

Inuk’s Freewire IPTV service is available to UK students on the high-speed “JANET” academic network.
