Tiscali and Setanta extend sports deal

UK sports network, Setanta, has extended its deal with Tiscali UK, allowing Tiscali’s customers to watch Setanta sports on three online channels.

Setanta Sports was launched on Tiscali TV in August. The latest agreement extends the service to Tiscali’s online audience.

Setanta Sports 1, Setanta Sports 2 and Setanta Golf will be broadcast live, with programming and highlights also available on demand.

The channels cover live Barclays Premier League and Clydesdale Bank Scottish Premier League games, Blue Square Premier games and exclusive European league matches.

They are available to Tiscali TV customers via any PC or Mac with a broadband connection.

Tiscali announced the cross-platform launch of ‘Movies Now’, an on demand pay-per-view movie service, earlier this year, and the latest agreement reflect Tiscali’s ongoing commitment to cross-platform services.
