Toshiba UK offers free HD DVDS with HD Laptops

Toshiba UK is giving away free HD DVDs to customers who purchase its new HD laptops with a built-in HD DVD player.

Toshiba HD laptops feature a high definition wide screen display, in sizes up to 17 inches.

HD movies can be viewed on the laptop, which can also be used as a standalone HD DVD player to provide high definition video output on an HDTV.

Toshiba is offering a choice of five free HD movies until January 31, 2008 – Children of Men, Full Metal Jacket, Chronicles of Riddick, Hulk and The Prestige.

Toshiba’s range of HD laptops, with built in HD DVD players, includes:

• the 17″ Qosmio G40 with an ultra bright LCD screen;
• the Satellite X200 with specialist graphics and audio technology for gamers;
• the Satellite P200 for music, gaming and movies;
• the Satellite Pro P200 with Intel Core2 Duo processors and Intel Turbo Memory;
• the all-round Satellite A200 with a 15.4″ widescreen Toshiba TruBrite display and
• the Satellite Pro A200 for small or medium sized businesses.
