Virgin media gets new VP Finance

Charles Gallagher is set to become the new Vice President of Finance of Virgin Media, in order for him to take the position up he will need to resign from the board of directors of the company, which means that George Zoffinger will become the new chairman of the audit committee.
Joining the board of NTL, Charles Gallagher moved with the company when Virgin Media stepped in, he has also worked with the Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase & Co, US Bancor, IBM, GE Capital and Ebay, so there is plenty of experience there.
The new VP of Finance will report to the Virgin Media, Chief Financial Officer, Jacques Kerrest.
