Freedom4 and Connect MK offer WiMax

The people of Milton Keynes can now benefit from deal fashioned by the wireless broadband provider Freedom4 and Connect MK who will provide Milton Keynes with the UK’s first commercial wireless broadband service which uses the WiMax technology.
The system has been operating in trials around the MK area, which is why the partnership with Connect MK which was set up to provide the residents and businesses a good service as this is not possible in all parts of the area. This is a good move as this will mean that virtually anyone in the area could use the network should they want to.
However there are only a thousand people interested in this WiMax system even though they can be connected with no phone line and get a good bandwidth.
