Mobile pricing to be sorted out
by David Allen
It seems that ever since the first mobile phone that could access the internet, the pricing has always been a bit of a mystery for everyone, and probably including the mobile phone operators too. But it would appear that things are about to change and for the better.
Across Europe there have been calls to simplify the way that tariffs are advertised and billed, this also applies to the way that bundles are being put together too. This will help customers understand how the milling works and enable them to get a better understanding of charges etc.
Inclusive pricing is becoming very popular these days, and this is the case throughout Europe. But it is the mixture of inclusive and the time based products that can cause confusion when it is time for the bill to be paid, this sort of problem has been the source of many complaints in the UK over the years.
