Nuts TV to launch on digital satellite

Nuts TV, the lads magazine channel, is to launch on digital satellite on January 21. The number has yet to be allocated.

The channel will be accessible via Sky EPG. It will broadcast on satellite from 19:00 to 03:00 each night, which is slightly longer than its 21:00-01:00 window on Freeview.

Covering the essential topics of entertainment for men, Nuts TV includes programmes featuring sport, gadgets, cars, music, comedy and news. With live shows every night, viewers can enjoy celebrity interviews and get involved in competitions.

The move will enable the channel to reach a wider demographic and increase the media outlets where Nuts TV is available. The aim is to reach the biggest male audience possible and harness all media that is key to its audience, be it linear or non-linear.
