YooMedia re-organises

YooMedia re-organises

The UK based YooMedia is going through a re-organisation has taken over the Spanish Interactive TV company known as Fresh, the estimated cost of this takeover is around £13 million, but in order to raise the capital for the purchase the company plans to place more shares on the market.

This takeover means that YooMedia will be involved in the digital set top box business in Spain, which is a strong market. There will be five different products such as Startv, Entertv, grouptv, challengetv and managetv.

In the UK YooMedia is mainly known for what is behind the red button on the digital TV, most channels use this system for either competitions, or interactive TV such as behind the scenes shots etc, the YooMedia x player is currently being updated.
