DVD popularity increases, as Hollywood strike continues

The Hollywood Strike has caused increased purchases, of DVDs and video games, according to a recent survey by Consultancy Company, Interpret.
Some of the facts interpret reported are:
•27% spend less time watching network series.
•12% are watching less cable and satellite series.
•43% are watching more movies on DVDs.
•23% are watching more TV-DVDs.
•26% are playing more video games.
The survey also evaluated the fact that, 94% of US citizens are aware of the current strike from writers, and one third have adapted their media habits as a result.
