Another broadband fault has left around forty thousand internet users without any service, after the Karoo service suffered from what was explained as a major fault.

The companies engineering staff have been working on trying to fix this problem, which is affecting over half of their subscriber base. There has been talk from the parent company Kcom, saying the usual, like they are trying to fix the problem ASAP and at the same time apologising from the inconvenience.

This happen while the regulator Ofcom have been working in a consultation program with the Hull area where this problem has occurred, this comes after the last consultation where the people of Hull expressed their dissatisfaction with the current broad band services on offer.
