UK broadband users fed up
by David Allen

Throughout the UK there are a growing number of broadband consumers who are feeling let down by their ISP’s. The main problems are right from the beginning with setting up, and that old favourite calling customer services.
A recent survey found that around twenty five per cent of UK internet users are not very happy about the service that they are receiving from their ISP’s and around twenty per cent have stated that they have to call the customer services at least three times before their problems are resolved.
There also seems to be some confusion amongst customers, where although they are complaining about the speed of their connection, it turns out that they are not sure as to what speed they should be receiving anyhow.
