The UK’s premier pay TV service that allows Freeview digital television users to add additional channels to their package, Top Up TV are to launch a new and improved version of their digital TV recorder, which is essentially a Freeview box with a hard drive installed where programmes can be stored.

This machine will come with a 250 Gb hard drive, which should be large enough to store around a hundred and eighty hours of normal definition TV, the box also allows the users the access the Top Up TV film channel PictureBox, this channel costs only £5 per month and gives the subscriber a choice of seven films per day.

There are a couple a price options for the box which comes with a free months trail of Top Up TV Anytime, this package will cost £129.99 or the same package with one months Setanta Sports included will cost £149.99.
