Pace treble profits

The digital television equipment and technology company Pace have been doing very well this year, after the Saltaire based company announced that they are on course for their continued growth and expansion, this comes following the results for 2007, which shows a pre tax profit of more than fifteen million pounds.

The company has been shipping out set boxes in huge quantities, in fact in 2007 they moved around two and half million that is even after they put the price up from £100 to £102, this reflects the marketplace and shows that there is a huge demand for the product.

Pace has been expanding into Europe, the Middle East, Africa, with additional contracts sign up for South Africa, Turkey and Scandinavia. They are also working on other projects that are to be launched in the later part of the year, which include a system that will use the existing wiring of apartment buildings, which will enable the residents to receive digital services.
