Vodafone dramatically cuts the price of mobile broadband
by David Allen

For several years Vodafone have been ahead of the market on mobile broadband first they introduce their data card which was available on a pay as you go contract, but more recently they introduce the USB stick version which is available on a monthly contract.
However at first the prices were fairly high, a 7.2 Mbit service with a monthly download limit of 3 Gb for around £30 per month and if a longer contract of eighteen or twenty four months then the device itself is free.
But in a move that is set to turn the world of mobile broadband on its head by cutting the prices of this service by half, the same deal as above will now cost only £15 per month! No doubt T-Mobile will be responding soon with their deal.
