SkyTrac Provide SatCom for African Choppers

SkyTrac have provided a complete satcom and flight following solution for Everett Aviation’s helicopter fleet in Africa.

The company evaluated three vendors before making their selection, choosing the system that performed best under dangerous and demanding situations due to the political instability in the region.

Skytrac’s offering was particularly appealing because of additional features they offered, such as internal battery life that provided continuous transmission without the need of the aircraft’s power.
