The UK will be allowed to scrap to a whole lot of EU telecommunication market rules in certain parts of the country where the broadband services are able to compete at good levels of service.
The rules are there to protect the services where it is limited, this should ensure that a service is always there, but in the case where there is extreme competition, say like in larger cities these rules actually work against the system and make the service better for both customer and businesses too.
Once this happens it is believed that the rest of Europe would follow suit, this will boost the business and make European broadband more successful and than it now, but right across all of the states. Then there would be only new for regulations where there are bottlenecks or other problems.
