Better offers turn heads of subscribers
by David Allen

In a recent report it was found that some broadband subscribers were scared to switch their ISP to another, but in yet another report it would seem that they may have got it wrong or part wrong.
A new report shows that most broadband users are fairly happy with their service, and yet there are those, around twenty three per cent, who would switch without even twitching, to another internet service provider if the offer was better than the deal that they are getting now.
This comes from the Experience Counts index which checks over two thousand subscribers of broadband, satellite and mobile phone services across the UK and US. They found that fifteen per cent of broadband users are actively looking to change their provider this year, while twenty three per cent would switch if a better offer came along. The top priority for subscribers is customer service they are twice as likely to switch for this.
