According to Simplifydigital, consumers waste £400m a year buying separate phone, broadband and digital TV packages.
A poll carried out for the company, by YouGov, found that 39% of households do not take advantage of the savings available by buying bundled services, even though these savings can amount to £160 a year.
Simplifydigital’s call centres help consumers choose the cheapest option from around 530,000 packages.
The YouGov poll of more than 200 adults found that less than 25% of those surveyed had looked at different options before choosing a service.
