Graphics card makers, Biostar Microtech International have released information today on their new V9603GT52 card which is to be the first in their range to incorporate Nividia’s new GeForce 9600 GT GPU chip.
According to a release from Biostar, the new card is going to offer 64 stream processors with a 256-bit frame buffer. This new card is expected to increase performance from the GeForce 8600 GTS by up to 90%.
Some of the even more notable additions to the 9600 GT is the PureVideo HD and SLI technologies. The card is expected to sell for around US$189 upon release.
The specifications released by Biostar for the V9603GT52 graphics card are a Core Clock of 650MHz and a Memory Clock of 1800MHz. The Memory Amount will be 512MB with the Memory Interface being 256-bit. Output is expected to be both DVI & HDTV.
