O2 use a bus to show off broadband
by David Allen

The town of Warrington has been visited by the O2 broadband bus which parked up at the Riverside Retail Park and the entertainers who were travelling on then began to file out. Soon there would be a whole host of weird and wonderful entertainers, such as stilt walkers who were quickly getting the attention of many passers by.
Naturally the whole object of the exercise is promote the availability of broadband in the area, the performers were a great way to attract attention first of all and then the import message could be put into practise by the skilled staff.
Retail manager at O2 UK Charlotte Mitchell said: “We were keen to promote O2 Broadband in a fun, exciting way, ensuring that people are well aware of our great service which is now available across the UK.”
It would seem that O2 are really trying to push their brand of Broadband, with a straight forward pricing policy that could see both contract and pay as you go customers getting the same packages.
