BT clamps down on fraud<br />

Business users of BT Broadband may be able to get some extra security when it comes to credit card fraud with the launch of the BT Payment Card Industry; this is available for businesses to deal with the industry standards that are in place to help prevent security breaches of all kinds.

Taking security of this type seriously is paramount these days, with so many different types of security breaches that involve credit cards and other credit facilities it could become a full time job just working on that alone, it is not just the cost that can be a problem though.

It is BT’s reputation that will encourage enough businesses that do not be on the receiving end of some of today’s highly sophisticated criminals who use all sorts of techniques to gain access to financial and other data, which could damage the company in some way.
