O2 places restrictions on customers

O2 places restrictions on customers<br />

The mobile service provider O2 has admitted that those customers who use the 3G home use service have been getting a very limited service, they are currently receiving up to 128 Kb/s. But at the same time some of the business users are getting the full service of 384 Kb/s, but only if a review states that they need it.

There is no clear reason as to why these differences have occurred, because the actual speed of the 3G service is supposed to be 384 Kb/s, which makes it very unclear as to why some domestic users have been restricted to the lower speed.

It would initially appear that O2 are running a duel system, with some business users getting the faster speeds and other do not. There must be some sort of system in place that actually offers the decision makers some sort of reason as to why some business users should get the faster speed while other do not. But it is all a mystery at the moment until O2 comes forward with more details.
