Timico Group acquires Twang.net

Timico Group has acquired Twang.net Limited, a Newbury-based ISP which specialises in fully managed homeworking solutions.
The acquisition strengthens Timico’s IP and next generation converged communications services offering for UK businesses, helping to meet the growing demand for managed broadband solutions.
Timico also gains Twang’s customer base, which includes some of the UK’s largest FTSE100 companies.
Twang.net will continue to be led by founding partners, James Sumsion and Jeremy Sharp, together with its existing management, and will retain its Newbury headquarters.
It will operate as a standalone subsidiary of the Timico Group, following the acquisition.
Timico Group, an idependent provider of converged communications services to UK businesses, offers a range of services includes fixed line, mobile and internet voice and data services.
