3 gives mobile broadband a boost
by David Allen

It seems that the mobile phone services company 3 are setting out to offer more services through their mobile broadband product in order to make their service more attractive to new and current customers.
They have been looking at some different services such as VOIP, emailing and even instant messaging, as they believe that by offering these services this would give them an advantage over the rival mobile broadband providers.
The addition of email, IM and VOIP will mean that the company can use these services to attract a different type of customer, but there is still the problem of coverage. This really does concern a potential new customer as it makes no difference what services there are, if you cannot connect then you cannot use any of them anyway.
