Downward Movement For 1Q Revenues For ASRock

Chinese newspaper, Economic Daily News, has reported that both first quarter revenues and shipments for ASRock, who are a second tier motherboard manufacturer, have dropped by around 50% from this time last year. ASRock brought in around NT$1.68 billion (US$55.5 million) for the first quarter and shipped around 1.2 million units.

ASRock have claimed that they are more than ready to break into the high end motherboard market, however analysts have predicted that the company wont see any financial benefit before third quarter this year at the earliest.
