Fiver gets go ahead for 28th April
by David Allen

As Five Life prepares to take on Channel Four and BBC Three for a slice of the youth market, their re-branded name Fiver is set to be launch in late April. This will then give the competition a clue as to whether or not they have got it right.
Following the lead of BBC Three, Fiver has signed up some young stars to get the new look channel going. Peaches Geldof is to become just one of the new generation of presenters, she will be hosting the channels new fashion series, Glamour’s Best Dressed List 2008.
Although there are a host of other stars like Daisy Lowe, Dawn Porter, Kelly Rolland and Dita von Teese joining the show, Fiver cannot rely entirely on a single five part fashion series in a hope that this will bring in and keep younger viewers.
The channel will be getting a new look and feel, but so far the only other series known to be lined up to be aired, is Celebrity Rehab a US reality TV show.
