Carphone Warehouse to split divisions<br />

The Carphone Warehouse has announced that is will be making some changes within the organisation.

The most spectacular change being, that the Carphone Warehouse and its landline and broadband business Talk Talk, will soon be operating as separate businesses.

This move will create two large companies which are not entirely reliant on each other, but will still be under the umbrella of a very successful business.

Being able to operate a two separate businesses will add to the speculation that the company is getting ready for a serious bid for Tiscali UK, allowing a single company to concentrate on broadband services.

While the Carphone Warehouse has been experiencing a good period of business with a sales increase of twelve per cent, Talk Talk is suffering slightly from Broadband battle which is taking it toll on the providers.
