Two out of five Europeans do not the internet
by David Allen

It may seem to be a strange idea, and yet it would seem from a study made for the European Commission that around forty per cent of the European population do not actually use the internet at all.
But at the other end of the scale the same study has found that the amount of Europeans who are connected to the internet is around eighty per cent.
Clearly there are going to be vast variations from country to country as the access to the internet can be limited in some regions compared to other who get a vast choice.
Despite being under the umbrella of the EU, it has become very clear that when it comes to broadband there are regional variances.
This may have something to with availability and in some cases the cost of equipment and the internet services too.
However the regional variances have no bearing on the fact that many of the broadband suppliers are connected in some way or another.
