BT Vision to launch PictureBox movies

BT Vision has secured a deal with NBC Universal to offer a choice of movies from Universal Pictures for £5 a month.

The PictureBox video on demand service will allow BT Vision customers to watch films not previously shown on free-to-air channels in the UK.

The new service will be launched on 5 May and the list of around 28 available titles will be regularly updated.

PictureBox is already available on the Polish DTH platform n, and Singtel’s mio TV in Singapore.
