The marketing Gurus at LG, managed to persuade the likes of Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton to pack the premiere for a new TV show called ‘Scarlet’.
Well, as it turns out, the billboard and Internet ads, none of which featured the company, were designed to pack the venue to market LG’s new product range; one product is named after the series.
The LG6000 LCD TV is 1.7-inches thick and includes a red-hued back; colour-changing LED light power aperture and invisible speaker; TruMotion 100Hz blur reduction; and Intelligent Sensor for automatic picture adjustments.
