In a recent announcement, Time Warner has said that it will be selling its Cable TV Business.

The business, which is 84% owned by Time Warner, is down 36% in the first quarter to $771(£390m), and the AOL internet business, is down a similar amount, but Time Warner have yet to announce the sale of the AOL business.
