Audiovox Corp to distribute Voyager hardware

The deal between USTelematics, Inc. and Audiovox Corp., to distribute the Voyager Mobile IPTV hardware product at more than 20,000 retail electronics and automotive channels worldwide, has been confirmed.

Audiovox has made its interest known, and is keen to invest cash for a per unit royalty for the right to the Voyager intellectual property, software, trade secrets and for manufacturing and distribution rights worldwide, although nothing has been finalised.
