Broadband on a pizza box
by David Allen

It just does not get any better than this, broadband and pizza. But it is not as it would first appear as this is just a really a clever piece of marketing by the broadband supplier Be Broadband who are wholly owned by O2.
From now on anyone ordering a pizza from their favourite pizza place in Sheffield, yes unfortunately this is the only place in the UK where this advertising is taking place, will get a pizza box full of advertising.
However this has been successfully run throughout Europe by O2 and by other broadband suppliers in Bristol, Leeds and Harrogate.
The pizza box is designed to look like a laptop just to give it a bit more style and it is hoped that the scheme will get their message across to the type of customer who is attracted to visual advertising.
Having an advert in front of them while they are eating is like having a captive audience for a short while anyway.
