Orange Mobile Broadband Offline

by David Allen

Customers with Orange who have subscribed to their mobile broadband have been without a service since Thursday of last week and to make things even worse, if that could be possible, the company cannot tell them when they are likely to be getting the mobile broadband service back up.

It all began with access to secure sites being removed, and then gradually the whole network went down, leaving Oranges customers with no internet access at all. Although Orange say that only part of the network is down.

Customers trying to contact the Orange technical support line are said be waiting for hours to get though, only to be told that there is a problem with their APN server, but there was no news on how long it would take to get the problem fixed.
