Small businesses tend to keep same ISP

by David Allen

In a recent study it has been found that small business owners are very reluctant to switch broadband suppliers even when they are having some problems with their current supplier.

In the same survey it was also found that a third of small businesses were actually experiencing problems with their broadband supplier, these problems were mainly connectivity and performance problems.

But it is only one in ten who would do something about it and take the opportunity to switch broadband suppliers.

The reasons are varied as to why they fail to make the decision to change broadband suppliers, but the fear of being without internet access and the time involved in researching the various packages around has a lot to with it.
