London has the fastest broadband
by David Allen

At the moment the best place to go for a speedy internet connection is London, as in a recent survey of the different areas around the UK Londoners can expect to get an average speed that is twice as fast as the slowest area, which is Northern Ireland.
The survey tested over 138,000 internet connections, which covered the entire UK. This enabled them to gain a really concise view of the state of the UK broadband network today.
But maybe London will not be holding onto the top spot for much longer as there are many schemes around the country using different method to achieve the super fast speeds demanded by the internet user of today.
There are schemes to build new developments with fibre optic cables and plans to deliver services through the sewers; however these are just small projects and there is a need to bring the entire network up to speed.
