Virgin Media comes out on top

by David Allen

They may be in trouble with the ASA over advertising, but it would seem that Virgin Media can do no wrong when it comes to the way that customers feel about them.

The ‘Most Trusted’ is an annual survey run by the Readers Digest.

It covers a total of thirty eight categories and the results are found from the answers of four thousand readers, making this a fairly prestigious award to receive.

Virgin Media has been voted as the Most Trusted Internet Service Provider 2008, knocking the previous holder BT off of the top spot.

In the survey the internet provider category was one of the one of the only areas where a well established brand leader has been knocked off the top spot.

  2. For a company who lie about their products, fail to inform customers of changes to products, and a Phorm supporter, they’ve done quite well, no?

Was this survey conducted at VM Towers, by any chance?
