PlayTV channel line up released

They have been described as the UK’s first open IPTV network, who not only offer a terrific standard package which is totally free to view, but also a number of other packages which can be added to the customer’s account.

The network is powered by the Global Digital Broadcast Network (GDBN) and they will be able to offer their customers access to movies, sport, local programming, entertainment and even some foreign language channels.

In the UK, PlayTV will be available through their set top box only service, or as part of a package which includes phone, broadband and the set top box.

Currently PlayTV have around a thousand customers, but are looking to achieve ten thousand within six months and within a year they are estimating a customer base of fifty thousand.
