The cost of watching Sky TV is set to rise come the 1st September.
Sky have decided to increase the price of virtually all levels of subscription by about £2 per month, depending on the package that has been chosen by the subscriber.
The popular choice is the entertainment mix which will be going up by £1 per month; this will make the starting price of the packages £17 per month and rising up £22 per month depending on the choices made.
Even sports channels have been hit by the price hike.
Sports Mix will now be costing anything from £36 per month up to £40 month, but the Movies Mix will remain unchanged unless mixed with the Sports Mix, and then there will be a rise of £2 per month.
No doubt all Sky subscribers will be getting letters tucked into the monthly Sky magazine package later on in the month.
