Eurosport adds HD channel to Sky

Eurosport HD will be the 19th dedicated HD channel on Sky, when it launches on the UK platform over the next few days.

Eurosport HD will be channel number 412 on the Sky+HD EPG and will be available to Sky’s HD Mix subscribers for £150.

The new channel will boost Sky’s existing HD offering which includes Sky Sports HD; Sky Movies Premier HD, Sky One HD, The History Channel HD, Nat Geo HD and Sky Arts HD.

Eurosport is currently providing HD coverage of the Tour de France, and will provide HD coverage of the Beijing Olympic Games.
