Vonage release Vonage Pro

by David Allen

Essentially Vonage is a VOIP provider, but with a distinct difference. The service allows the user to make and receive phone calls from their business of home phone while they are away.

Vonage Pro utilises VOIP so that the user can make a call via the internet from virtually anywhere provided that they have an internet connection, but when the user makes a call the recipient will see that the call is coming from a number that they recognise as if it is being made the users business or home phone.

When someone calls the users phone, it will ring at the home and on Vonage too at the same time, so the person calling need not know that they are talking to the user while they are travelling around.

The cost for Vonage Pro works out at about £17 per month.
