Fast customers get more

by David Allen

It is unusual these days to find an ISP, which is actually allowing their customers to download more at no additional cost on the Broadband Max package.

What is a good about this announcement is that it is going to be made available to both new and existing customers, so the Max package with 2 Gb will go up to 5 Gb, 15 Gb will go to 20 Gb, 40 Gb will be 45 Gb and the 100 Gb will be getting 110 Gb.

These changes have already taken effect so the customer will be benefiting straight away from the deal, which will see other charges remaining the same.

There may be a slight delay for Fast customers, as the system gradually changes over to the new allowances.

This is good news for Fast customers who will know that their broadband is capped, rather than unlimited where the upper level is not known.
