Be Unlimited turns off CCTV

For some people the possibility of having a CCTV service which functioned as an alarm too, seemed to be too good to be true.

This is probably why users of the Be Unlimited Home Monitor Package could well be feeling down hearted, as the company has announced that they are withdrawing the service after just eight months.

The service allowed users to monitor their home via a plug in and play security camera, which cost around £150, they could then access the video feed through their browser and even receive updates via their mobile phones for a monthly fee or £5.

The system can be armed through a simple key fob device, and once activated the system will detect any movement and alert the member if the alarm has been triggered.

Members have been informed by email that the service will cease to function after September 18th.

The company failed to inform their customers as to why the service has been withdrawn or what is going to happen about the equipment that they have bought.
