Free Asus Eee laptop with Orange

by David Allen

Following the recent “Free Laptop” offerings by other mobile broadband providers and high street retailers, Orange has become the latest provider to offer a free laptop for customers who sign up for their mobile broadband service.

Orange has decided to go with the Asus Eee PC 900 16G laptop, which is highly mobile by weighing in at less than a kilo.

In order to qualify for the free laptop, customers will need to sign a new twenty-four month contract for Orange’s Internet Everywhere mobile broadband package.

This will include 3 Gb of data as well as one hundred text messages.

However, for the financially minded the contract will cost £600 in total, which is something that the individual customer will need to consider when deciding if this deal works for them, bearing in mind that Asus are updating these laptops on a regular basis and that Orange may be adding other laptops to future deals.
