Orange invests in retail therapy

The mobile and broadband provider Orange is looking to add sixty new stores to the group by the end of the year and another hundred within the next twelve months.

They are also planning to refurbish up to a hundred stores too in order to make their customers retail experience one of the best on the High St.

New stores will be opened in Southampton, Bristol’s Cabot Circus, London, Belfast, Edinburgh, Livingstone and Portsmouth.

The stores that are due to be refurbished will include Derby, Manchester’s Trafford Park, Brighton, Dudley’s Merry Hill and Birmingham’s Bullring.

The stores will all have a new layout, which will include customer booths, demo stations, private consultation areas and even phones for customers to make free calls in store.

Orange say that they have are already experiencing a great response from the changes already in place, with the increase in customer sales.
