UK not in top ten for broadband speed

Research carried by Cisco Systems into the quality and speed of national broadband networks, has placed Japan at the top of both lists, with an average broadband speed of 16 Mbps.

What makes it worse for the UK is that the top ten lists show that eastern European countries feature heavily the top spots.
