Sky broadband has come out on top in a leading survey to find the UK’s most popular internet service provider.

Households were asked to rate their current broadband supplier’s performance in the following categories:

Quality & stability of your home internet service
The clarity of pricing & billing
Good value for money
Download time of files & web pages
After sales support
Speed of service activation

Sky came top in all of the categories, which should show the other providers what they need to be aiming for if they intend to increase their customer base.
